TransGas will construct Customer Specific Facilities at the request of the customer to tie-in the customer's production or delivery site to the TransGas transmission system. This is a construction service only and does not provide the Customer with any other Service as found in the Tariff unless the Customer executes a Schedule of Service for the designated Service.

The TransGas Comprehensive Tariff shall govern all matters in regard to Customer Specific Facility tie-ins.
