TransGas held four virtual sessions during the month of October to update customers on upcoming changes and provide information related to our services. One of the topics discussed was changes to the Roll Through process (see slide 15 of our presentation).
We are pleased to inform you that beginning November 21, 2021, the Roll Through will occur over the last 10 days (or less) of the month. This means the Previous Monthly Shipper Account will be rolled into your Daily Shipper Account over the last 10 days of the month (or less) rather than on the last day of the month.
In addition, a new Roll Through report is now available in MyTransGas and is no longer a two-step process. After invoicing is complete, this report will provide a breakdown of how the Roll Through will be processed into customer’s shipper account, by day. The daily numbers will include both the previous monthly amounts and the Prior Period Adjustment (PPA) amounts.
We have updated the Help Document for Roll Through to walk you through the process and introduce you to the new report, such that you can successfully prepare for the Roll Through this month.
