2021 Seasonal Biddable Firm Injection Service Offer

Bid Window Closes April 15, 2021

TransGas Limited (TransGas) hereby offers Seasonal Biddable Firm Injection Service for the period of May – October 2021. This offer is being conducted pursuant to the terms and conditions contained within the TransGas Comprehensive Tariff and the terms and conditions set out herein.

The incremental Injection Capacity is available to be bid on by Customers, with a minimum bid of $0.04 / GJ per day of Injection Capacity; this minimum bid amount represents the incremental cost of TransGas providing this Service. Bids for Injection Capacity must be in full calendar month increments, and have a minimum term of one (1) calendar month, and a maximum term of six (6) calendar months. 

TransGas will allocate the available Injection Capacity based on the highest bid revenue. In awarding the Service, if two or more bids are of equal value but Capacity does not exist to fill all equal bids, the available Capacity will be prorated among the equal bids. Bidders will not be obligated to accept a quantity less than their bid quantity. If a Customer does not accept a lower, prorated quantity, this quantity would be made available to other bidders.

The available 2021 Seasonal Biddable Firm Injection Service Capacity by month is as follows:

Bid forms must be received by 4:00 p.m. Saskatchewan time on April 15, 2021.

After the close of this Seasonal Biddable Firm Injection Service bid window, any remaining Injection Capacity may be offered to Customers through the Monthly Biddable Firm Injection Service each month.
