TransGas 2021 Customer Satisfaction Survey
On January 11, 2022, select customers will receive an email invitation to participate, on behalf of their companies, in the annual TransGas Customer Satisfaction Survey. The online survey will ask questions with respect to the service TransGas provided between April and December 2021. TransGas strives to provide the best possible services for its customers. TransGas Approved Transportation and Storage Service Rate Adjustment (Effective April 1, 2022)
TransGas Limited (TransGas) has completed the governance process and is changing its rates for transportation and storage services, effective April 1, 2022. Customers will see a rate increase ranging from 8.8% to 9%, with an average increase of 8.9% across all rate classes. Over the past five years, TransGas expanded its system to meet increased customer demand in Saskatchewan, and to increase capacity to import natural gas from Alberta.
